From January 2024 to October 2024, we led the successful upgrade of the 3rd and 4th floors at Steen & Strøm Department Store, Oslo, covering a total area of 2,400 m².

Our role included:

• Full project management, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Managing all construction work and subcontractor communication.
• Overseeing logistics for custom-made furniture deliveries.
• Monitoring project finances and providing regular reports.
• Conducting meetings to maintain progress with stakeholders.
• Securing competitive offers for various project elements.
