Dressman
NPS has annually conducted rollouts for Dressmann during 2009-2011. It is very demanding to manage a project of this scale with all the logistics of keeping track of construction, waste management and material deliveries. In addition to efficiency and accuracy the project required great flexibility and social skills, as all stores were open during the remodeling.
